Vibrational Analysis computes the infra-red spectra of molecules.  It first of all does a harmonic vibrational analysis to obtain the vibrational eigenvalues and eigenvectors.  It uses the eigenvectors to compute infrared intensities.  Raman intensities are not available.  The infra-red and Raman frequencies are, of course, the same.  One first of all computes the vibrations and then separately ask to see the infra-red spectra.  The normal modes can be animated if desired.
