HyperChem Release 7 can be installed and run on your OS X Macintosh.  Virtual PC and the USB Hardware Lock version of HyperChem can be combined to allow you to use HyperChem on your Mac.  

However, as with all software run on emulators, there is a significant drop in speed of the application.  The Mac/Virtual PC/HyperChem combination runs, but calculations occur at a much slower rate than when HyperChem is run natively on a Windows machine.  Our trials indicate HyperChem Release 7 functions perfectly, with the sole exception of HyperNMR.
