It was clearly carried out a long time ago (says received August 12). However, something clearly went wrong here, despite the overall favourable, if reserved, tone. The reviewer states: "I called the Autodesk technical support staff for help on this and several other matters during the course of the review: They were generally slow to respond and gave little assistance. They will be of even less help in the future ..." Ian and I do not recall the reviewer's name, though we do recall several other reviewers who phoned over the summer. Was this guy put in touch with the wrong number? Is my memory faulty? (I don't think so). I doubt if there is anything we can do to fix the situation, but it is clear we have to handle reviewers with care in the future. Tom -- Tom Slee Hypercube, Inc., #7-419 Phillip St., Waterloo, Ont.
